The fourth edition of the Three Seas Local Government Congress and Economic Forum will take place on 12–13 June 2024 at the Lublin Conference Centre in Lublin.
On the first day of the Congress, we invite you to attend the panel discussion entitled “Lublin Digital Union – artificial intelligence and digital solutions in practice”, which will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in room S2 on level 1 of the LCK. The panel will be broadcast online.

The aim of the discussion panel is to exchange experiences and good practices between the representatives of scientific and research units and the socio-economic environment in the field of developing the use of artificial intelligence in health sciences, nutrition and technical sciences, with particular emphasis on solutions for improving the condition and health of society. The invited guests will present the importance of AI and its impact on the development of medical sciences, as well as the benefits for patients of its use in the diagnosis and treatment process.
An important element of the debate will also be the discussion of key trends related to the use of artificial intelligence and digital solutions, as well as the identification of challenges resulting from its increasingly widespread use. Another important aspect will be the interdisciplinary approach to the proposed solutions.
How does artificial intelligence influence key decision-making in the day-to-day operations of a company or institution? How do digital solutions in medicine benefit patients? How do artificial intelligence and telemedicine enable us to transcend borders and develop international cooperation? Are there limits to the development and use of artificial intelligence in scientific activities? What are the trends in this development?
The Three Seas Congress is an international event addressing government and local government administrations, the scientific and business sectors from 13 member states of the Three Seas Initiative: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary, strategic partners: the European Union, the United States of America, Japan and partner regions from Ukraine and Moldova. It is held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda.
